Application Process
Should I include a cover letter?
Not necessarily. We are mainly curious about who you are and why you’d be a great fit for Blinqx. A letter is welcome, but a short personal note will do just fine!

Your application
If you are excited about one of our open positions, we would love to hear from you! As soon as we receive your application, we will contact you as soon as possible.
First (digital) introduction
When we see enough common ground, we’d love to get to know you better in a personal (or digital) conversation — where we’ll also tell you more about who we are, our ambitions, and how you could play a role in them.
A cup of coffee (or tea) at the office
If we are both still excited after this interview, there will be a follow-up interview at one of our offices. (Depending on the role, sometimes another case and a 3rd interview will take place).
A contract offer
Is there a match, and are we both excited? Then we’d love to make you an offer. Hopefully, that will be the starting point for signing your employment contract and officially welcoming you to Blinqx!
A screening may be part of the selection process.
How soon will I hear back after applying?
Once we receive your application, we will contact you as soon as possible. We have the guideline to send a response within 5 working days.

What is the salary and what other terms of employment can I expect?

What does hybrid working at Blinqx mean?
Many positions at Blinqx offer flexibility to work not only from your main office, but also from our various locations across the Netherlands. You can also work from home part of the week — home office days are arranged in consultation with your team and/or manager.
